  Time: Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30 am

  Room Reservations: Reservations must be made by Monday, August 12^th to receive the reduced group rate of $125.95

  • Identify yourself as a member of PHENSA meeting attendee

  Registration: The meeting registration fee is $80 per attendee and students are invited to attend the fall meeting at a reduced cost of $45 per student.  The registration deadline is Friday, August 23^rd.

  No refunds will be given after 8/23/24. All registrants who do not attend are still responsible for the fee as PHENSA is still charged for breakfast and lunch with the hotel.
